- Foundation / Basement plan
- Main / Upper floor plans

- Electrical plans
Modifications:
Modifications to our existing plans are available. Prices my vary depending on
the complexity of the revisions. Please call and we will send you a written
quote.
All of our plans are available in mirror image. Please be sure to request mirror
image plans when placing your order.
Custom Design Service:
Douglas J. Bergen and Associates provides custom design services. Please contact
us to recieve a written quote on custom design services.
Notes:
All of our plans incorporate a concrete foundation system and a full basement. Other
foundation options should be approved by local building officials if desired.
All sales are final. There are no refunds available on any of our plans.
Study Sets:
A "Study Set" of all of our plans is available for $30.00. Each study set includes
floor plans at 1/8" = 1'-0" scale and four elevations at 1/8" = 1'-0" scale.

Douglas J. Bergen and Associates Ltd. requires that the purchaser of any of its
plans have the same reviewed by local building officials to ensure that they meet the
legal, esthetic and technical requirements of any and all applicable governing
authorities, laws, restrictive covenants, subdivision building schemes and building
codes pertaining to the proposed building site and jurisdiction.
These plans may have to be approved by:
- development officer
- safety codes officer
- professional building designer / architect
- civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers
- developer
With the purchase and / or use of these plans the purchaser agrees that Douglas J. Bergen
and Associates Ltd. is not liable or responsible for any and all applicable goverening
authorities, laws, restrictive covenants, subdivision building schemes and building
codes pertaining to the proposed building site and jurisdiction. These plans are sold
"as is", it is the responsibility of the owner / contractor to verify the accuracy and
completeness of the plans prior to construction.
With the purchase and or use of these plans the purchaser agrees that Douglas J.
Bergen and Associates Ltd. is not liable or responsible for any injuries which may
result from construction or implementation of these plans, or which my occur upon
the premises during or after completion of construction.
