Aspen Creek is located on the north side of Coleman, Alberta, on an area of land that is approximately 22 acres. The development has been designed as an extension of the existing GCR-1 of Wood Haven, and access to the private lots is via a private road. Our intent in creating Aspen Creek was to build a small country residential development consisting of only seven, three-acre lots specifically designed for a "cottage getaway" clientele.
